Based on our past records, we were involved as marketeers in several projects in the Klang Valley such as, the Office suites in Plaza Sentral (RM80 million contract value), the Office Suites in Menara UOA Bangsar (RM55 million contract value), a housing project in Kuala Selangor known as Taman Kuala Selangor Jaya (RM15 million contract value), bungalow lots in Saujana Resort (RM30 million contract value), Taman Murni in Jalan Kebun Shah alam (RM24.0 million contract value), Majestic Rawang (RM36 Million contract value), Sentral Suites by MRCB , a service apartment project in KL Sentral (Approx. RM31.0 million contact value), Zone Innovation Park in Sg Kapar Indah (RM70 million contract Value) and the latest being Cantara Project in Ara Damansara which has just been delivered. PX’s marketing strength lies with the enormous network of business partners and investors (both Local and Foreign). Business partners mean those who are in the same or related industry such as, Real Estate Agencies (Local & Foreign Network), Appraisers & Valuers, Bankers and Solicitors, Chambers of Commerce and business associates. However, PX main focus will be towards personal contacts of those who have been identified as potential customers from our database of both investors and end-users which ranges from middle income to high network individuals. In terms of numbers, it is well exceeding 10,000 in members. In recent months, PX has also received interest in Malaysian properties from abroad, surprisingly from countries such as, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Iran in view of our weak currency exchange.
